Sustainable Tourism
Sustainable tourism starts with a high quality of life for residents defined by Ola ka ‘Āina, Ola ke Kānaka (Healthy Land, Healthy People). While our communities and natural resources are recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic and the Kilauea Eruption, we have the opportunity to embrace actions and problem solving for healthy land, healthy people which will foster healthy, sustainable tourism on Hawai'i Island. This panel will discuss their ideas around sustainable tourism post COVID-19.
