The agenda is posted at the Hilo County Building and online. Based on the Mayor's Rule No. 11, indoor meetings of 10 people may be held provided that social distancing may be practiced. Under this rule the Puna Conference Room can accommodate 8 persons. Each person will be required to wear a face covering to enter into the conference room. In addition, hands must be sanitized prior to entering the building.
