Description: Promotes a positive and effective labor relations program which enhances the workplace environment. Major areas of responsibility include contract negotiations and contract administration, including grievance processing and advisories to departments and agencies. This division works effectively with County employees, supervisors, managers, and executives, and with Union officials and representatives.
