Document images (pages) are displayed in the Image Pane of the Document Viewer. By Default, when opening a document, the image will conform to the width of the Image Pane. You can view images full screen, zoom into or out of images, and use the panning tool to move images around the Image Pane.

Electronic Documents

As electronic document is a document that has an electronic file, such as a Word document or PDF, associated with it. By default, clicking on an electronic document from the Folder Browser will prompt you to download the electronic file associated with it. Once downloaded, clicking on the electronic file will open it in its native application.

• To open electronic documents in the Document Viewer:
• Click My Weblink in the menu at the top of the page.
• Under View Document Options, select Standard document display.

Document Text

The text of a document can viewed in the Image Pane of the Document Viewer by clicking View Plain Text on the toolbar. If the document had no associated text, you will see This page contains no text.
