Statements from the Public: Written testimony may be submitted via email at hamakua@hawaiicounty.gov or in person at the Hilo or Kona Planning Department up to two (2) days prior to the hearing. In addition, members of the public may provide oral testimony at the meeting on any of the agenda items by calling into the Zoom meeting. With discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee, comments may be made either during the public comment portion of the agenda or during the relevant business item and may be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item.
