The Commission tried to resolve technical issues affecting YouTube live stream for about an hour. Based on the Governor’s Proclamation Related to the COVID-19 Emergency, which allows the Commission to proceed with its meeting without live stream after good-faith effort to resolve technical issues, the Chairman called the meeting to order at 10:20 a.m. The minutes and transcripts will be available online at a later date.
