Liquor Adjudication Board Meeting

Pursuant to Governor Ige’s COVID-19 Emergency Proclamations, members of the public attending in person must comply with the mandatory mask mandate, physical distancing, and sanitation requirements to the fullest extent possible. 

Public Testimony may be done in person, virtually via Zoom, or in writing by email, fax, or mail.  To register for Zoom, email request to: cohdlc@hawaiicounty.gov, with your name, title, organization, cell, email, agenda item, and purpose of participation (observe or testify).  To ensure timely delivery to the Board, written testimony must be received by 12:00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting by:  (1) Email: cohdlc@hawaiicounty.gov;  (2) Fax: (808) 961-8684; or (3) Mail: 101 Aupuni Street, Unit 230, Hilo, HI 96720.  Indicate agenda item submitting for; submit separate testimony for each item.  All written testimony regardless of time of receipt will be part of the permanent record.

For anyone requiring auxiliary aid/service or other reasonable accommodation due to a disability, contact the Department of Liquor Control at (808) 961-8218 or email cohdlc@hawaiicounty.gov, no later than five business days prior to the meeting to submit request for  accommodations.  If the request is NOT received in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee the request will be fulfilled.
