The draft Rules of Practice for PONC which provide the framework for administering the program is now available for public review and comment. The 30-day public comment period runs from April 7, 2023 to May 7, 2023.

Written comments may be submitted to Property Management Division, 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawaiʻi 96720 or emailed to ponctestimony@hawaiicounty.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. on May 4, 2023. All comments will be considered in preparing the final Rules of Practice for PONC. The PONC encourages the public to provide input.

A public meeting to hear the comments and testimony from interested parties will be held on May 8, 2023, at the West Hawaiʻi Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Hwy, Building G, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740.
