Filing a Complaint
If you believe your rights may have been violated, here is how you can file a complaint:
Because there are time limits on when a complaint can be filed after an alleged violation, please submit your complaint as soon as possible and provide as much information including:
- Names of parties involved
- Address or other identification of the housing or program involved
- Date(s) of the alleged violation
- Description of the event(s) that cause you to believe your rights were violated
