- Help with Victim Impact Statement
- Property return assistance
- Court accompaniment
- Assistance in requesting notification of offender release
Rights of Victims in Criminal Proceedings
If you are the victim of a felony or a surviving family member, you may be entitled to the following rights:
- To be informed of case status
- To be consulted and advised about plea bargaining
- To be informed of the final disposition of the case
- To request notification of offender release
