Environmental Management Commission
Purpose: To advise the department on waste reduction strategies, recycling, litter control, community involvement, and other issues related to the functions of the department, and to exercise any other powers related to the functions of the department delegated by ordinance.

Pursuant to HRS §92-3, interested persons may provide oral testimony either during the public statements period on agenda items or when the specific agenda item is called, in accordance with applicable statutes and rules of procedure.
