Council Member Rebecca Villegas is Chair of the Committee Climate Resilience and Natural Management and Vice Chair of the Committee on Planning.

The Hawaiʻi County Council has two rounds of committee and council meetings per month. Location of meetings are rotated between Hilo and Kona.
