"Outstanding customer service - calm, patient, and the ability to explain things so that people understand. I was visiting the Hilo VRL office and waiting for my turn. While I was waiting, I had the opportunity to sit and observe the other transactions. Juju served several customers ahead of me, each with something a little different. Each and every time he helped a customer, he was patient, spoke calmly, and was able to clearly explain what they needed to do and provided as much information as possible to help them. He answered all of their questions and they all left happy. He also provided me with great customer service.
